SHIPPING

Royal Mail is used for delivery of most our cards, all cards are packed securely in boxes. Recycling is paramount and so you may find packaging varies according to what has been donated to us. Goods are posted within three days of ordering if the items are in stock, though this may vary if cards still need to be made. You will be informed of the progress of your order so you know when to expect delivery.

Priya shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond HER control. Luckily this is a rare event and clients have always been very pleased with the high level of service received.
Shipping is included on cards apart from on international orders- please choose the "international order" price on cards. If you plan to purchase a large order please contact us first- there may be a possibilty of discounted postage.

USA Shipping

We have a quick turnaround on our USA orders, normally 7-10 working days.

Damaged in Transit: Please check If there is any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on the documentation that comes with your order, please inform us immediately if this occurs.

Cancellation Policy: Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us with your name and order number. If your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted for orders without personalisation.

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the delivery date: Full refund given.
Cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before the delivery date: 50% of order value is refunded.
Less than 4 weeks notice before the delivery date: The order cannot be refunded.
